Seattle-based studio Pb Elemental have recently completed this Beachaus I project for InHaus Development. Each of these two-story prefab family homes was designed for smart and efficient living, with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large separate office/work/studio space.



The $1.35 million USD property boasts plenty of self-sustaining features. Rainwater is collected from the roof and used to help irrigate the yard. The home features bamboo flooring, FSC certified cabinetry, and water efficient fixtures. Additional high-tech features such a HRV air-exchange system, high performance windows, radiant hydronic heating, tight thermal envelope with high performance spray foam insulation has earned this design a well deserved LEED Platinum certification.
