Similar to how Zalora works, Home24 lets you purchase items online and ships it to you for free - and yes, even to East Malaysia! However, the delivery times vary depending on the item(s) purchased, supplier, and your location.
Home24 aims to deliver regular orders within 4-7 business days, and special freight (eg. furniture) within 7-14 days. But if a delivery is delayed, Home24's friendly customer service will notify you via phone or email.
Home24's service does not end there. If you've received your order and you aren't happy with it, you can return it within 14 days for free.
