Open, elegant and modern, this industrial-style loft was designed by Diego Revollo for a swinging bachelor residing in Sao Paulo.
The loft features a wall of cement bricks all the way to the ceiling which matches with the industrial theme. This cement display was coated with a special impermeable resin for water protection. The space downstairs is divided into a living are and kitchen/dining room, which is lit up by natural light seeping in from the sky-high glass wall. The high-ceilings also help in creating the illusion of more space in this 100 meter home. Located directly above is the mezzanine along with the bedroom, bathroom and closet.
